Drop us an email or WhatsApp with an image of your vessel and the return box you're using.  

Using the original box is a good idea to ensure secure transportation.

 

Our job:

 

Clean your vessel.

Set new cotton wicks and refill your fragrance of choice.

Courier your refilled vessel back to you in the packaging you send to us.

 

Expect a maximum 5-day turnaround.

Ensure the first burn creates a full melt pool, allowing the wax to reach the container's edges.

This guarantees an even burn and prevents tunnelling.

Although our wicks are generally self-trimming, feel free to trim them if they appear to burn too high and become unstable.
